Now offering Virtual Conference Planning plus Hybrid options for those times moving into the future where you will see Conferences held both virtually and streamed out live.  Attendees have the option of attending virtually and then for those that want to connect live, they can attend in-person.  The Virtual Platform linked to EventsAir – called “OnAIR” integrates both models efficiently and effectively.  A user-friendly platform that allows delegates to easily access the program and enjoy a 3-D model for presentations and exhibits. The Virtual Platform is designed in-house so there is no need for any third-party services.  Our AV team through Surge AV is there for all technical support and onsite – both for the virtual platform and the hybrid model.
